100 Corporate Pointe Walk has had the opportunity to meet with residents, public officials and other stakeholders in the Fox Hills neighborhood to get feedback and share more about the project. Planning Commission Hearing


The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on 100 Corporate Pointe. Here are the hearing details:

WHO:

Slauson Investors LLC (Applicant) / Allen Matkins (Applicant Representative)

WHAT:

Request for Site Plan Review (SPR) and extended construction hours permit to allow a mixed-use project, with 351 units, including 30 low-income units, and 6,825 square feet of ground floor commercial space. The project is located in the Mixed Use Medium (MU-MD) Zone and Mixed Use Medium General Plan Land Use Designation (Case No. P2025-0064-SPR).

WHEN:

WHY:

The purpose of the Public Hearing is for the Planning Commission to review and to receive public input on the proposed SPR and extended construction hours and to consider approval of the request. Pursuant to Culver City Municipal Code Section 17.580.075, the project’s request for Density and Other Bonus Incentives is reviewed administratively.

CEQA:

Pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15332, Class 32 – In-Fill Developments, the Project is determined to be Categorically Exempt.

Our second community meeting was held in Suite #105 at 100 Corporate Pointe at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 24, 2005.

Those interested in the project were invited to join us on-line and in-person. Plans and renderings for the proposed project were presented and were available for viewing by those who attended.
